I would recommend Lavina to others, as there appear to be undisclosed fees appearing from other agents, that, in my opinion, should be disclosed; i.e. ANY fees, or reimbursements the other side is requesting, should be itemized, timely and properly submitted. This was caught 1 week prior to closing and again, Lavina was critical in working thru the situation.
